Ninth re­lease of Mi­chael Taps­cott (foun­der of the ame­ri­can band Oda­was) and first vi­nyl edi­tion for Book­ma­ker Re­cords, “Good Mor­ning, Africa” al­ter­nates cap­ti­va­ting bal­lads and dark ins­tru­men­tal tracks.
The re­sult is a deep mix of folk song­wri­ting, psy­che­de­lism and new age. Feat. An­drew Ke­no­wer (field re­cor­dings) and mas­te­red by James Plot­kin.
